You can find the MNI coordinates of the location in the blob with the
highest t statistic via the results part of SPM. Once you have this
location, you can see which voxel it is by using the Display button
and moving the cursor to this coordinate. Then all you would need to
do is read the value at (or around) this voxel from your images.
