The trick question is the final one, which asks whether we co-operate with
other organisations in order better to serve our 'customers', which will
presumably deter anybody from answering who does not think of the people
they serve as 'customers'. I just said 'no'.

I agree with Ruth. Despite the blurb that comes with this questionnaire
suggesting DWP are most keen to hear from the voluntary and community
sector, colleagues in VCS have not indicated to me that the link to this
survey has been disseminated to them. My fear is that DWP may be focusing
their dissemination efforts on the private sector with a view to generating
a definition of 'social justice' that legitimises their anti-egalitarian
social policies.
Should only take 10 mins to fill in ...
