With apologies for cross-postings.
Dear list members,
If you are an instrumental teacher of students in higher education (at conservatoires or universities), we would be most grateful if you would consider completing the questionnaire below. If you do not teach in this capacity but know people who do, please feel free to pass the message on to them. If neither of these apply to you, apologies!
Many thanks,
Helen Prior

Dear instrumental teachers,
Thank you if you have already completed this survey, and apologies if it is not relevant to your teaching.
Are you teaching students who have recently started learning a new piece?
Jane Ginsborg (RNCM) and Helen Prior (King's College, London) are interested in the strategies instrumental teachers advise their student performers to use when learning a new piece for performance. If you would be prepared to complete a short on-line survey, please click on the link below or paste it into your browser. This questionnaire will remain open until the end of February 2012, and all those who have completed it by then will be entered into a draw for which there will be three prizes of £30, £20 and £10 Amazon vouchers.
