For the record, we suppose to have found part of a solution to our problem.
For a reason unknown to us, the content of Cns_unique_id table was scrambled.
Hence each time we asked for a directory creation, there was already a row with
the corresponding ID from Cns_unique_id and this makes believe DPM that the file
already exists.
We have incremented the Cns_unique_id id to the maximum value of all fileid, and
directory creation is now working correctly.
