Dear Umair,

There is already an ALICE site running in Pakistan (in NCP, Islamabad). Why don't you contact the NCP site admins (Asad Mahmood, or Fawad Saeed, tell me if you need their emails) for any help you need, as they will be most direct and relevant help being in the same locality.

PS. I am at CERN these days and can also help through email.

Hi Muhammad

if the site is in Pakistan, then the relevant operations centre which
can support you is Asia Pacific.
You can get support during the set-up of your site by Asia Pacific, and
support about specific technical issues can be also obtained from the
helpdesk. I recommend you to study in detail the available documentation
according to the software releases you've installed.

I'll mail you individually to put you in contact with the relevant
support team and to provide you with a few links.

Best wishes
Tiziana
