Hi all,
Frequently when I skull strip, I'll have to manually remove some sinus/eye with the eraser tool before further BETing. For example, I might:
1. BET raw T1
2. remove some non brain matter on that first BET
3. BET on top of the version that has had non-brain matter manually removed, to get a cleaner final product.
20% of the time, this 3rd BET will be flipped on the x-axis when viewed in fslview, but retains the R-L axis markings. S and q forms are unchanged across all versions. Does anyone know why this might be happening?
Thanks!
