Hi Stephen
We have the "Harvard at Newcastle" style which is based on Cite them Right. There's some info about it on our guide at http://libguides.ncl.ac.uk/harvard and a link to a downloadable version. You are welcome to use it, but we'd appreciate acknowledgement. There are a few very small difference between our version and the book, so you may want to tweak it slightly.
You'll see at present that we are in the process of migrating content from our web pages on endnote at http://www.ncl.ac.uk/library/teaching/endnote/ to our LibGuide at http://libguides.ncl.ac.uk/endnote
Best wishes
Moira
