Subject: PhD course: Priorities in Health Care Delivery
Center for Health Economics Research (COHERE) at University of Southern Denmark hosts a PhD course:
Priority Setting in Health Care.
The course will be taught by - among others - Prof. Gavin Mooney. It is financed by economic grants and thus free of fee.
Aim and content: The aim of the course is to provide an overview and basic understanding of key issues related to priority setting in health care from different perspectives, viz. economic, juridical and ethical. Topics covered include: economic tools for priority setting, equity in health and health care, ethical and juridical principles.
Dates: March 19-24, 2012; venue: University of Southern Denmark, Odense, Denmark.
The formal deadline for enrolment is passed, but there are still free spaces to apply for.
