Dear Dr. Narayan
I have been using the Bio Logic LP System.
Bio logic LP system, well suited for low-pressure column such as
HiTrap or BioScale mini, to use the Mono Q or UNO column,
such as used in the FPLC is not suitable on this system.
I have tried to connect the Mono Q column, flow rate was the 1~3ml/30min...
In addition, Data View Software was very expensive, I had to build a
connected system to PC(windows7) by myself.
mini DIN 8pin connector and cable $5
Lab Jack U3-HV $114

thermal sensor LM61CIZ $1 (for Temperature monitoring, If you want)
