I thought that CAS members might be interested to learn that Bournemouth University, which has recently been awarded a Queen's Anniversary Prize for the 'World Class' teaching at the National Centre for Computer Animation (NCCA) is currently advertising an Associate Dean position, which effectively includes management of the academic part of the centre.

You will be qualified to Doctorate level or, alternatively be able to demonstrate the ability to create and disseminate knowledge through evidence of the development of professional practice at a senior level and the capability to convert this knowledge into a doctorate in a maximum of 5 years from the date to appointment.
The National Centre for Computer Animation is the UK's leading centre for teaching, research and production in computer animation. Following award of the prestigious Queen’s Anniversary Prize for Higher and Further Education we are seeking an Associate Dean to lead the group’s day-to-day operations and help set its future strategy. For the right candidate, appointment at Professorial level will be considered.
