Blended Learning Advisor
Glasgow Caledonian University are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Blended Learning Advisor, who will work in the Blended Learning team within GCU LEAD (Learning Enhancement and Academic Development) Centre, in a cross University role responsible for embedding and promoting the innovative use of learning technology.
The successful candidate will hold a good honours degree and have the ability to demonstrate substantial experience of supporting or implementing technology enhanced learning in an educational context as well as a high level of proven technical and design skills in developing digital resources for teaching and learning. Additional essential criteria for this role include experience of using and administering virtual learning environments, preferably the Learning, Content and Community systems of the Blackboard Academic Suite and proven ability in the use of other learning technologies, including Web2.0, for enhancing teaching learning and assessment.
