Hello Sarah
Here in NHS South West we haven't migrated because we understand from ProQuest, and indeed have experienced from some of our own testing, that the new platform doesn't work on IE6. Unfortunately a handful of our NHS Trusts still have access only to IE6, owing to the requirements of (higher priority) clinical systems, and security concerns about making other browsers available.
But we will obviously need to migrate when ProQuest withdraws the old platform.
Best wishes
Jenny

Subject: [lis-e-resources] New ProQuest platform v old ProQuest platform
Hello all,
Another strange question from the University of Bolton, apologies
Aside from issues to do with catalogues and link resolvers, I was
wondering if anyone has decided not to migrate to the new ProQuest
platform until the old one is well and truly dead, and if so why? Those
who have already migrated, how have your users reacted to the change?
Thanks in advance!
Best wishes,
Sarah
