I assume, you have more subjects, and you want to test whether BOLD signal
correlates with Glu.
In this case, you can perform a higher-level analysis (one-sample T-test)
with e.g. SPM and add the Glu-concentration as a covariate to the design.
You may need to demean the covariate (subtracting group mean from the
individual Glu concentration).
