PSU's and disks do have a habit of going pop, so redundant PSU and RAID1
is pretty much essential for the box to keep going whilst you try to
source a replacement PSU / Disk. Otherwise you'd pretty much have to
have another machine on standby to swap in, and that is going to be more
down time than simply replacing a redundant PSU / Disk.
iDrac Enterprise is pretty much a must have as well I think.
