Sue,

About a year ago I got "Ergonomics for beginners - a quick 
reference guide" by J.Dul & b.Weerdmeester (ISBN 0748400796).
I paid 
around £10 for it, but just 'Amazoned' it and price is £40.  Must 
admit, I would not buy it at this price but if you can get hold of an 
old(much)cheaper copy, it is worth it.  Has some useful summary 
checklists.
