Apologies for neglecting to send a reminder for the call, which probably
explains the sparse attendance. Sam, Jens and myself were present.
JJ noted that there is an OGF meeting in Oxford where there might be
interest in a Moonshoot session; he's going to investigate this.
JJ also participated in a meeting last week, where he took an action to
consider the implications of extending the IGTF framework to incorporate
other technologies such as Moonshot. JH suggested that he talk to Daniel
about this, as this is an area that he is also planning to look at.
JJ took an action to mail the community mailing list to see if there would
be interest from the community in participating in the OGF meeting. SH
noted that Brian's work at Diamond might be of interest.
JH briefly described the progress that Rhys has made in testing the
Windows Moonshot SSP. It installs and works well, but mapping of the
federated identity to the local Windows principal is somehow broken, most
likely due to a configuration error. Rhys is liaising with Luke.
Rhys had also reported a bug in the Live DVD, which is missing the GSS
extractor. SH explained that this is due to a dependency that the Debian
Shibboleth package has on Apache, which isn't installed by default on the
Live DVD (as if the Shibboleth SP needs a web server to do something
useful :-). SH will fix.
SH gave an update on the packaging status; new builds for CENTOS/RHEL,
Scientic Linux and Debian coming up.
Josh.
