Hello all,
Try 'Healthy Indian Cooking for Diabetes: Delicious Khana for Life'
published in association with Diabetes UK. A great menu of vegetarian
and non-vegetarian recipes with healthy alternatives to some of the
ingredients we normally use in our cooking. I have tried some of the
recipes in it, and have recommended it to my family!
Also see Sanjeev Kapoor's website for more ideas -

Cheers,
Prajapa
