As a bit of an aside - I don't think it really answers what you're after here though it may have some relevance - I stumbled across(!) http://www.diigo.com today and wondered if anyone here either used it, or had looked at whether others were using it on their site (e.g. http://www.diigo.com/people/search/site?type=site&query=www.britishmuseum.org, though where you go from there heaven knows!) ?
