Someone who is more familiar with the Melodic GUI could comment better on
this, but you ought to be able to skip the "Pre-Stats" and "Registration"
steps in the GUI by unchecking the boxes in those panels, setting motion and
slice timing correction to none, and setting FWHM to some very small number
(i.e. 0.00001). Thus, you should still be able to analyze preprocessed data
using the GUI.

What parameters did you want to change? There's actually not that much that
can be altered on the melodic command line. If you want really fine control of
