In principle, this is fine by me. However, given the nature of our
organisation, getting email addresses at the toplevel [log in to unmask] is very
tricky.
JANET Operations requested an 'operations@<site>' alias in the past and
that was way too generic to be OK'd. We ended up creating a
'net.cam.ac.uk' mail domain (it already existed just for routers and
switches and things) to put this address in.
So, if you could relax that to 'eduroam/jrs-support@[<something>.]<realm>'
that would make life easier for me - [log in to unmask] would be
excellent (or [log in to unmask], perhaps).
However, I appreciate that screws over your ability to just guess the
address, so might not make things any more useful.
