A reminder that the National HE STEM Programme (see:
www.hestem-sw.org.uk) is delivering a workshop on 'Open Source eAssessment in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) Disciplines' in two different locations over February and March as follows:
- Wednesday 8th February - University of the West of England
- Wednesday 14th March - Manchester Metropolitan University
The purpose of this workshop is: to promote the concept and use of open source e-Assessment in the STEM subjects; to compare and to share current approaches; to address pedagogic issues of using e-Assessment for both formative and summative work. The aim is to proactively guide HE staff regarding a range of issues pertinent to enhancing student knowledge, progression and skills through improved course delivery and design.
