The New Poster Section for PLS ’12 (Partial Least Squares and Related Methods) Conference (May 19th thru 22, 2012) is open.
There is still more than a month left for people interested in submitting - abstracts due on February 20th.
The PLS ’12 conference will be held in Houston.
Free special one day workshop will be available for doctoral and other graduate students covering PLS and a new technique - correlated component regression.
This is the first time this interdisciplinary conference is held in the US - where both experts and applied researchers from both science and social science can meet and discuss the application of partial least squares and related methods.
We are pleased to have Svante Wold – credited for starting the field and coining the term “chemometrics” to provide both a retrospective and prospective talk of the discipline.
