To support and provide direction to the development, transfer to production and improvement of products and testing procedures. Supervising staff, liaising with customer groups, applying appropriate statistical methods and data analysis support to ADC products and processes.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and review statistical reports clearly communicating results in a manner suitable for both technical and nontechnical customers.
Provide supervision to staff, including setting direction and goals, performance reviews and development plans.
Must be able to tap into appropriate resources when specific expertise is needed that cannot be achieved individually.
Supporting crossfunctional projects and liaising with other groups across the company.
Supporting requirements related to finished product testing and performance monitoring including developing the existing systems.
Responsible for maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System at the site in accordance with divisional and corporate requirements and applicable regulations.
Providing support to regulatory submissions including the management of clinic and claim support data analysis activities.
Compliance with EHS regulations and Abbott standards by adhering to EHS systems, programmes and procedures, being accountable for the Health & Safety of themselves and others and by highlighting where improvements to EHS performance can be made.
Provide statistical support in the development of new products through to launch, supervising staff as appropriate.
Lead work programs, ensuring data analysis and reporting activities are executed to schedule (e.g. Claim Support), highlighting relevant issues.
Plan, perform and report the statistical development, evaluation and validation of calibration and product release methods by use of appropriate statistical methodologies. Provide statistical support in areas of postrelease data monitoring (including clinical performance, stability and complaints). Design and analyse experiments and reviewing past data to improve products and processes.
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and performing other duties as assigned by management
