Subject: [OCC-HEALTH] OH admin support
Hi all,
I wondered if I could get your views on the provision of OH admin support?
As alot of us out there are, I am currently working with no admin support. I am forever grumbling about how much of my time is spent some days chasing GP reports and photcopying etc etc. I have finally been offered the solution of sharing the HR admin person but am if I am honest I am not sure how this would work regarding confidentiality. I know that I should get a signed confidentiality agreement for anyone providing the service but even so there would be a cross over of knowledge. Although my initial feelings are uncomfortable surely there has to be some trust involved? The employee would work in the OH office with no files etc. leaving the office without my knowledge/permission.
This might be my best and last offer!
Thank you in advance.
Lesley
