Tracey,
RSIguard are doing a 45 day free trial. It gives the rule of 20 plus a screen shut down at 60 plus suggested exercises. All can be over-ridden. Recently introduced autoclick which takes alot of getting used to but significantly reduces mouse clicking.

Subject: [OCC-HEALTH] forcing screen rest/ breaks
does anyone know of a programme that will 'pop-up' on screen to adise DSE users to take a break from the screen? I thought I had heard of something where the PC locks you out for a short period of time, which could be very furstrating.
Any ideas?
Many thanks,
Tracy
