Hi Chris
You are, as always, a genius. When conducting health surveillance I too
equate looking after the body to the employee looking after their car, eg
right fuel, oil not driving it around in second gear all the time, the same
applies to looking after their body diet exercise etcdo they want to be a
new BMW or a beat up Morris Minor ? Alwaystry to equate advice to what the
person easily understands.
