Dear fsl expert
I have a strange bug with bet program
the output image has wrong pixel dimension
I test the fsl 4.1.8 on a centos
and the fsl 4.1.9 (from neuro debian) on a debian squeeze with the same
result
if I run
bet mag brain
I get
