Hi all,
We have a dataset of over 20 people where we performed a resting-state scan on each person for 19 consecutive days. We performed an ICA using Melodic using the concatenation approach, not TICA. From this we received spatial modes that kept the same time course through the 19 days across subjects. We're wondering what is an appropriate statistical measure for us to put a confidence value on a specific component. A time series of interest was produced by one of the components, but we don't know how to statistically classify our confidence in this one component. Some sort of large scale simulation approach would be tough, because it takes about 30 hours to run the ICA on our dataset. We would appreciate any help.
Thanks for your time,
Brandon
