Subject: Chetham's visit - February 23rd 2012
Hello all,
As discussed at last month's committee meeting, Roberta and I have been working on organising another visit to Chetham's for those who missed out last time. It's now been confirmed and we're taking reservations from anyone who might like to go along. Here's the info:
CILIP North West Branch cordially invite you to the following event scheduled for 23rd February 2012.
Guided tour of Chetham's Library - hosted by CILIP North West Branch and led by Michael Powell, 23rd February, 16:00-17:00
Founded in 1653, this guided tour will explore the oldest public library in the English-speaking world.
Chetham's Library is located opposite Manchester Victoria train station.
Further details about their collections can be found at http://www.chethams.org.uk/index.html
No charge for the visit to Chetham's Library, but please reserve online
