I think the strategy very much involves hard-copies going to the
Judicial offices at the address given in Colombia.
Whatever else you can do would be extra.
If we can increase significantly the number of letters to the Court,
indicating world-wide interest in the case ... this would tend to
discourage a frame-up.
But hard-copies are needed in Colombia.
