Subj: GCSE Vocabulary
Dear All,
My pupils
alerted me to an excellent vocabulary revision site that they use for
their other language exams. I've started to use it for the Mandarin
classes too and it's very effective and pupil/teacher friendly.
www.vocabexpress.comIt is subscription based and at the moment the
site has the vocab for the AQA Mandarin GCSE but they are hoping to
load the Edexcel vocab very soon. You may find that your school's
other language departments have bought subscriptions.
Because the
students are very familiar with this site, they've used the Chinese
vocab pages a lot over the past month or so, plus there's the facility
for teachers to check progress, for pupils to compete against each
other and such like.
祝大家新年快乐!Theresa M.The Ashcombe
