Who can a kick a ticket back up the the NGI which has been wrongly assigned
to us?
We've just got two:
https://ggus.eu/ws/ticket_info.php?ticket=76956 for one of the RAL WMSes and
https://ggus.eu/ws/ticket_info.php?ticket=76958 for voms.gridpp.rl.ac.uk
in the past every time i've tried to kick a ticket back up it just gets
stuck in limbo
