As it's the season of peace and goodwill to all men I should say that
whenever I've contacted T2K people like Ben Still they've been helpful
and done their best to sort things out. They're working with
significantly fewer resources than any of the LHC experiments, so it
perhaps highlights the difficulties that still exist of running a
medium-sized VO.
