PHOTOM: Improved formatting of the results.
- Use G-format for the mean count and its error, not F-format.
- Use G-format for the sky and signal, rather than E- or F-format
selected by clunky in-line range testing; accommodate more
(at least five) significant figures.
- Increase the format width for magnitudes to allow for the
greater number of decimal places in change 47f557ef92e4f9ce5.
