I was wondering whether anyone could provide advice on the following:-
For individual stress risk assessments, do you, as the OHA, undertake them with the individual and their line manager, or can the line manager themselves complete them with their staff member?
Also, are managers expected to have received formal training before being able to/asked to carry this out? The individual stress risk assessment is based on the HSE’s model and is very straightforward.
I would be grateful for any replies.
