Dear Hayley,
If you are inverting a warp from example_func to standard then you
need to use the example_func as the "reference" for invwarp. If you
are inverting a warp from highres to standard then you need to
use the highres as the "reference" for invwarp. If you do the latter
(which is the more likely) then you can use the highres2example_func.mat
matrix as a --postmat option in the call to applywarp with you
inverted warp from standard2highres in order to map directly from
standard space to your functional space.
