Run "source /etc/fsl/fsl.sh" in your shell and then try running "fsl".
If that works then, if you want, make it permanent:
sudo -s
ln -s /etc/fsl/4.1/fsl.sh /etc/profile.d/fsl.sh
echo /usr/lib/fsl/4.1 > /etc/ld.so.conf.d/fsl.conf
ldconfig
exit
