Hello,
If all the voxels in the brain region in the tdof_t1 image have the same value then you can replace the `cat dof` with that value. If they have different values then you can take the mean value with ( e.g. ) fslstats tdof_1 -M, round it to the nearest integer, and replace `cat dof` with that.
