Thanks for your response Chris. Glad to know we're not the only ones still experiencing the bug!
The issue regarding clicking on attempts is interesting - when you say Standards Mode, do you mean Compatibility View? We've noticed that there are a number of display issues in IE9, particularly with lists in the Users/Course search of the System Admin panel. We've also experienced an issue in IE whereby hovering over a cell in the Grade Centre causes it to 'jump' (a CSS issue?) and therefore clicking on the attempt becomes somewhat fiddly. Is this similar to what you've experienced?
I'm interested in the headers that Garry has supplied you with - what else do they fix?
Thanks

Hi Richard,
We're testing SP7 HF1 at the moment, and I tried replicating the bug you described, and it's also an issue on our test system. We found a problem with SP7 HF1 whereby you can't click on attempts in the Grade Centre when running IE9 in Standards Mode; this is a new bug and wasn't in SP6, but Garry Harper from Bb Support has kindly provided us with a fix of adding headers in IIS to make all content display in IE8 mode. This appears to have solved a number of IE9 display issues.
We're also talking to support about some patches which we had applied to SP6 to acquire versions of the patches for SP7 HF1.
