Hi Alyson
We have supplied both types of symbol however the one we would recommend is one from the BS8501 range of symbols, this is a general unisex figure with the stick. There are also symbols that have male and female pictograms.

Hi - thanks. I should have added to my original post to ask whether there was a standard design for ambulant accessible WC signage. The signs I have seen are like the standard separate sex WCs, but the figure is "using" either a walking stick or under arm crutches.
