CUPID can generate STC regions in its output catalogue and the KAPPA
regionmask command is the equivalent to ARDMASK but uses STC region
definitions.
The ARD definition is pretty simple though so I imagine it wouldn't be
all that difficult to write a support script in python or perl that
reads the SExtractor output and converts it to an ARD definition.
