Hello,
Tim says he has fixed two problems. The first one was arcane/technical in
that it was only looking at Resonances, not FixedResonances, which is what
comes in from external software. The second is that only H-H were being
considered. Let us know (Matthias/Jurgen) if this does not sort out your
issues.
