Dear Colleagues,
At the University of Ulster I am presently working on putting a process in place that will allow staff to request tweets for issue by Corporate Communications through our corporate twitter channel, http://twitter.com/ulsteruni
In setting the process up we realise the need to advise staff on what type of information might be considered appropriate for tweeting through the corporate channel, based on our current audience profile. We also understand that setting the internal workflow process involved in collating the tweet requests for our Corporate Communications team to issue is crucial.
Have any other Universities followed a similar route to the one that we are taking in order to allow staff members to request a tweet through a corporate twitter account or other social media channel? If so would you be willing to share the process/workflow/request documentation developed at your Institution with me?
If you want to reply directly to me my email address is [log in to unmask]
Many thanks in advance,
