Hello Rayan (?),

The reason for a lack of response to a posting in most cases is, in my
humble experience, because it is either very advanced and the very
advanced people on the list haven't gotten around to answering it yet
(rare), or very basic, and the lack of a response may suggest that the
poster search the archives and read the manual before posting (common).
> During segment ( Preprocessing) There are a numbers of options about The

> Modulated, Unmodulated, etc .......)
There are a number of options because there are a number of scenarios.
If you are, for example, not interested in the segmentation results for
this particular tissue class, you could choose none. If you are, for
example, looking at a single subject and want to overlay activation
patterns on the individual gray matter, you could choose native. If you
are, for example, interested in assessing tissue volume in a VBM study,
you could choose modulated. If you are, for example, interested in
assessing tissue density in a VBM study, you could choose unmodulated.
Hence, your choice depends on what you want to do. There is much more
information about all options in the list's archives (and indeed, the
rest of the web) and the spm manuals (in ...spm8\man).
Hope this helps,
Marko
