Hi Jordan,
I have only now seen your mail. I must say I have not seen or heard from
such a problem before, but the things I would try are (not necessarily
in chronological order :)
- the usual suspects: check that you have write permissions for the
folder you want to work in.
- are you sure the TOM toolbox tries to generate a template in the first
place? The <---X, indicating an item to be filled, may be off the screen
sometimes, so scroll right to see that all necessary information is
provided.
- is there an error or a warning message?
- use the regression parameters that are based on the NIH sample (can be
downloaded from the CCHMC IRC site) and see if that works. If so,
something may have gone wrong during estimation.
- see if you can generate a TOM template on another computer, OS, ...
- if that does not work, get back to me.
