Subject: [OCC-HEALTH] Amplified headset
Dear List,
I have a chap who received an office telephone hands-free head-set
earlier this year but is complaining that it is so quiet that he has
difficulty hearing it. He informed the person who supplied it and she
informed him that others have commented the same issue, but nothing is
going to be done about it. He says he does suffer with tinnitus and mild
deafness at certain frequencies and thinks he would benefit with an
amplified version. Is this something that OH can help him with?
Regards
Esther Nyasulu
