The Government requires all NHS OH departments to obtain SEQOHS.
Despite the propaganda, outside NHS, it's up to the clinic.
If you have proper procedures in place, it's debateable whether you really
need it.
If you haven't proper procedures, I'd suggest you get those in place & go
for ISO9000.
