Members of the Museums Computer Group are cordially invited to attend
the Annual General Meeting which will be held during UKMW11 at the
Imperial War Museum.
Membership of MCG is free and available to all those who have
completed the online membership form at

the UKMW11 registration.

Nominations are invited for the following committee vacancies.
Chair 1 vacancy
Members 7 vacancies
The following members reach the end of their first three year term in
2011, Ross Parry, Dave Patten, Gemma Sturtridge, Rhiannon Looseley,
Linda Spurdle, and Angelina Russo. All are entitled to stand for a
second three year term of office
The MCG committee consists of four groups of three people. The three
operational groups, Communications, Events, and Professional
Development are supported by the Executive and Administration group.
Though MCG committee welcome nominations from all members whatever
their background the committee is currently keen to attract members
who have or would like to gain experience in the operational areas.

7 Handover
The outgoing Chair, Ross Parry, hands over to the New Chair who
invites the new committee members onto the stage to introduce them to
the meeting.
