Duncan - I skimmed that last night. Another glance this morning (I've
not read it) this is not a House of Lords case but Court of Appeal.
cf. reference to the Master of the Rolls.
I had read the reference to the case underneath - that'll teach me not
to reply so fast. It is possible that leave for appeal was granted to
the Lords, you would need to check. And likewise, a case doesn't just
arrive at the CA. You could try following it backwards through press
coverage of the lower courts.
