We are currently going through a full service restructuring process in
Cambridgeshire and have redesigned our JDs for all operational staff.
We currently call our front-line staff Library Assistants and Senior
Library Assistants and are thinking of renaming the roles to incorporate
a strong feeling for customer service.
With so many of us embracing the ethos of community engagement/customer
service, I wondered if anyone else had looked at this and would be
willing to share the titles of the roles in their service to help us in
making our choice of wording.
Many thanks,
Sue
